Went to Veinna Christian Center this morning. It's a church that was started by some english missionaries about 17 years ago. met some really nice people there. Huan, the chinese girl living with us, is also a Christian and is going to come with me. So awesome. What are the odds that she would be a Christian as well. I feel like God put us together for a reason. i'm pretty stoked about checking out the church this weekend and meeting some new people there.
also went to a pretty cool shopping district by our hostel. huge strip of stores, restaurants, and cafes. the three of us had coffee on the street together and looked for a beard trimmer for my face. apparently the voltage was that correct on my other trimmer, and it shorted out when i plugged it in. BASICALLY, MY BEARD IS FULL AND BEAUTIFUL RIGHT NOW. its fine, it will keep me warm this fall over here! OK GOTTA GET SOME LUNCH W/SARAH BEFORE WE START THIS WHOLE SCHOOL THING....servus!
