sunday morning

forced myself to get up early this morning, even after not sleeping much this weekend. wanted to go to church. hadn't been to vienna christian center since the retreat like a month ago. missed the people and the service. it's awesome there. i can see god is there for sure. people from all over the world come together in one room for one reason. its awesome. and they are getting a new building...the first service is there next weekend. they are struggling to get it finished up, in terms of construction...so i think im gonna help out a little this week before i head to rome. its cool to be apart of their transition to a larger building and time of growth. theres not many churches that ive been to where you sit down and...on your left is a woman from nigeria dressed in traditional african clothes..on your right is a south african that knows french and is really of british descent...in front of you is a romanian who survived growing up in communist romania before moving to vienna, and behind me is a costa rican and and american on exchange, just here on a mission to serve the church. what the heck. that's so cool. people in this church are excited about god and really want to follow jesus no matter what. its great to be apart of!

wish i had some more time to kick it there. buuut im at school again! we have to do something by the time i go to rome! i dont know what that is but when my group shows up i'll find out!
